The majority of Super League takes a break this week as three English teams head Down Under to take part in the World Club Series.
Both Hull FC and Wigan Warriors have stayed in Australia after playing a league game in Sydney and they will take on St George-Illawarra Dragons and South Sydney Rabbitohs respectively in international friendlies.
However, all the attention will be on Friday’s World Club Challenge as Melbourne Storm prepare to host Leeds Rhinos at AAMI Park.
The Rhinos have won their first two Super League games against Warrington Wolves and Hull KR so the 27/4 for them to win in Melbourne could be a good bet as they try to continue their momentum.
Both teams will be without key figures after both Danny McGuire and Cooper Cronk decided to leave Leeds and Melbourne in the off-season.
Leeds have never played in Australia during the competition but they have beaten Melbourne in the past, with their 2008 success one of the best results in their history.
However, Melbourne have won the last two meetings between the two giants of rugby league and the Aussies will be looking to make a statement. They are 25/28 to win on the -22.5 FT handicap and a high scoring game could be on the cards.
Over 44.5 points in the game is 4/5 and the warm conditions could play its part as Leeds struggle in the latter stages.
Rhinos coach Brian McDermott will be without Anthony Mullally but Joel Moon has travelled with a hamstring knock.
Melbourne have named 10 of their starting 2017 Grand Final line-up with Billy Slater set to start at full-back and he is 7/1 to score first in front of his adoring fans.
