Spurs out to sting Hornets

Harry Kane and Son Heung-min

Tottenham Hotspur will hope to take another big step towards securing a top-four finish by seeing off Watford at Wembley on Monday evening.

The Londoners hold a two-point cushion over fifth-placed Chelsea heading into the game and will be in a positive frame of mind as they remember scoring four times in both meetings between the two sides last season.

With that in mind a 4-0 home win on Monday evening at 37/4 might just tempt you to back a relative long shot, while four goals in total in the game at 16/5 is also an option.

Predictably Harry Kane offers no value whatsoever in the goalscoring market, so you may want to switch your focus to someone like Heung-Min Son, who has enjoyed success against the Hornets in recent meetings.

He scored twice in a 4-0 Spurs win at White Hart Lane last season and was also on target when the two sides drew 1-1 earlier this season.

The Korean is 4/5 to score at any time, while 7/2 to score the first goal of the game might be a better option.

The visitors have struggled to make an impact in front of goal in recent weeks, failing to score in four of their last six Premier League games and keeping just one clean sheet in that time.

They are also without a win in those six games, with their season petering out to a tepid conclusion.

Due to these problems, it is no surprise to see Watford 29/20 to score one goal against Spurs, while 20/31 to fail to score may be just too skinny to be worthy of consideration.

Should you fancy the Hornets to bother the scorers, Abdoulaye Doucoure at 15/2 to score at any time might be one of your best options.
