Blues to progress but expect upsets elsewhere

There’s more FA Cup third-round replay action on Wednesday and the headline match is clearly Chelsea’s clash against Norwich.

The pair played out a tame goalless draw at Carrow Road and Antonio Conte has already bemoaned the fact his side have added an extra 90 minutes to their schedule.

It means he is again likely to make changes and will feel some of his fringe players owe him after their poor showing in Norfolk.

The Canaries are on a run of five games without defeat and Daniel Farke seems to be finding his feet after a tough start to life in the Championship.

However, Chelsea’s superior quality makes them rightly the favourites and having kept a clean sheet in the first game, should win to zero at 10/11.

In the other match between a Premier League side and a Championship club, Swansea welcome Wolves.

A sending off apiece ruined the original game at Molineux and both Carlos Carvalhal and Nuno Santo will be hoping for a more fluid game at the Liberty.

Both have other priorities at the moment but it is Wolves who arguably have the better squad and 21/10 seems a good price for an away win.

Finally and League One Wigan take on Bournemouth. A late Steve Cook goal snatched a 2-2 draw for the Cherries in the original tie and it would be no surprise if Eddie Howe uses the game to rotate.

Howe has traditionally sacrificed the cup competitions in favour of Premier League survival and there could well be an upset so go for the Latics win at 13/10.
