Slick Juve too strong for United

315

Manchester United’s trip to Juventus is arguably the standout game in Wednesday’s Champions League fixtures – but it could be another tough evening for Jose Mourinho’s men.

Juventus win to zero @ 7/5

Juve outclassed United in the first meeting two weeks ago as they claimed a 1-0 win at Old Trafford.  In truth, the margin of victory could have been greater and the visitors never looked in any danger of conceding.

The Italian champions have only let in four goals in their last 10 games and Juve’s mean defence can do the business again when United visit.

Ajax to win @ 2/1

Ajax can virtually guarantee a place in the knockout stages if they win at Benfica and, at a big price, they can grab the opportunity.

The Amsterdam outfit won the reverse fixture 1-0 and have been in fine form, winning eight and drawing one of their last nine games.

Ajax managed to cause an upset with a point at Bayern Munich in their last Champions League away assignment and can go one better in Portugal by condemning Benfica to a fourth straight loss.

Lyon v Hoffenheim draw with goals @ 3/1

Both Lyon and Hoffenheim have a chance to reaching the next round after their 3-3 draw in Germany two weeks ago.

Lyon were held to a home draw by Bordeaux at the weekend and Hoffenheim warmed up for this European encounter with an impressive 4-1 win at Bayer Leverkusen.

This could be another finely balanced clash and a draw with goals stands out at 3/1, while a 2-2 correct score at 21/2 also appeals.
