Shakhtar draw would suit City

Manchester City may have to settle for a draw when they take on Shakhtar Donetsk in their final Champions League Group F match in Ukraine on Wednesday.

Pep Guardiola has suggested that he will field a weakened team as City are involved in the Manchester derby on Sunday.

City will definitely finish top of the group, while Shakhtar only need a point to guarantee a place in the knockout stages of the competition. A draw at 47/20 appears to be good value while Yaya Toure is 11/2 to score at anytime in the game.

Napoli have to beat Feyenoord in Rotterdam and hope Shakhtar slip up or they will be featuring in the Europa League in 2018. A victory by a three-goal margin for the Serie A side can be backed at 9/2.

Liverpool have still to confirm their place in the last 16 but can seal their spot by beating Spartak Moscow.

Jurgen Klopp’s side have been prolific recently, scoring 33 goals in their last 10 matches in all competitions. They can ease to a 2-0 win against their Russian visitors at odds of 29/4.

Sevilla can join the Reds in the knockout stages by beating Maribor and are 20/31 to keep a clean sheet against the Slovenian side.

Porto should have too much class for last season’s semi-finalists Monaco as they attempt to edge out RB Leipzig and clinch runners-up spot in Group G behind Besiktas.

Porto are 33/4 to beat Monaco 2-1, while Leipzig are 53/20 to triumph against Besiktas by a one-goal margin.

Tottenham and Real Madrid have already qualified from Group H and Mauricio Pochettino’s team are 17/4 to defeat Apoel by a three-goal margin at Wembley.
