Sevilla pose Reds CL threat

With qualification still up for grabs in Champions League Group E, Tuesday’s clash between Sevilla and Liverpool looks to be crucial.

The two teams drew 2-2 at Anfield in their first group match, with Jurgen Klopp’s men now heading to Spain sitting top of the group (Liverpool 5/8 Group Winners).

The Reds go into the game in fine form, with four wins on the spin, but this is a much tougher test than recent opponents – Huddersfield, Maribor, West Ham and Southampton.

Sevilla have not lost a home match in almost exactly a year, since losing 1-3 to Juventus on November 22, 2016, and have won their last eight fixtures at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan.

The La Liga side are 9/5 to beat their Premier League opponents and reclaim top spot, while the Sevilla ‘Double Chance’ can be backed at 10/19.

In Group F, Napoli find themselves outside the top two and with hopes fading that they will qualify for the knockout stages.

The Serie A club (14/5 to qualify) lead their domestic league having played some sensational attacking football and, although they have collected just one win from their opening four games, will still believe then can progress in Europe.

Napoli need to take six points from their last two games to stand any chance, starting with a home clash against rivals Shakhtar Donetsk (Match Betting – Napoli 2/5, Draw 17/4, Shakhtar 13/2).

The last Tuesday tip is a home win for Besiktas (41/20) in their meeting with Porto, as the Turkish club look to seal top spot in Group G.

The Turkish champions have lost just one of their last 13 home games and will look to do the double over their opponents, who have won just one of their last four European away matches.
