The FA Cup has hardly been kind to Jurgen Klopp since coming to England and his Liverpool side could struggle tonight at Wolves.
Wolves to win @ 3/1
Thursday’s 2-1 reverse at Manchester City ended the Reds’ unbeaten run in the Premier League and Klopp looks set to rotate at Molineux.
The German is still to truly get a handle on this tournament, crashing out in the fourth round in all three of his attempts.
Liverpool did, however, win 2-0 when the sides met in December and Wolves are also likely to make tweaks as Nuno Espirito Santo prioritises a top-half finish.
However, with the hosts likely to retain the spine of the side that has done so well this season, a repeat of the victory they tasted in this competition at Anfield in 2017 does not seem so far-fetched.
Celta v Atheltic – Draw @ 12/5
Two of the great names of Spanish football meet at the Balaidos and both need the points after disappointing seasons to date.
Celta Vigo sit 14th but despite winning only one of their last five at home, seem to be heading in the right direction under new boss Miguel Cardoso.
However, they could struggle in attack due to the absence of Iago Aspas and Athletic Bilbao will look to take advantage of any profligacy.
Gaizka Garitano has done well since taking over Los Leones, taking five points from three games and while a win will lift his team out of the bottom three, a draw will still be a decent return from their trip to Galicia.
