Expect goals in Saint Petersburg

The first of the two World Cup semi-finals takes place tonight as Belgium face France in what should be a cracker.

Over 2.5 goals @ 1/1

Belgium have been brilliant at times in Russia but France are still to really hit their stride and kind of owe us neutrals a performance.

The last four of Euro 2016 was where they turned on the style against Germany and I think they can produce another performance in Saint Petersburg.

De Rode Duivels have scored two or more in all but one of their games to date and when you look at the attacking talent on show it appears goals are inevitable.

I admit it is too close to call for me but I believe the value on 1/1 for over 2.5 goals cannot be missed, while more positive punters should check out the 13/5 for over 3.5 goals.

Sonny Colbrelli to win @ 22/1

It is back to the Tour de France for my second pick and after yesterday’s success I think we could have another one here.

Bahrain-Merida’s Colbrelli has shown flashes of form this season and looked really strong as he almost came through to beat Peter Sagan on Stage 2.

Another sprint is expected today as the peloton heads to Sarzeau and another uphill finish could suit him.

The Italian beat both Sagan and Stage 1 winner Fernando Gaviria at the Tour de Suisse and I think his price is too good to turn down, even if it is with a 1-2-3 e/w bet.
