Leicester are looking good under Claude Puel and they appear well placed to claim another victory at Newcastle.
The Foxes found themselves in a bit of trouble after a tough start under previous boss Craig Shakespeare and the Frenchman’s nous has certainly turned things around, with wins over Everton, Tottenham and Burnley seeing them scoot up the table.
Puel is still to break his duck on the road though but St James’ provides him with the perfect stage to end that run, with the Magpies in all sorts of trouble.
Rafa Benitez is undoubtedly a canny operator but even he can’t teach his side to score and their failure to net in their last two at home is a worry.
Six games without a win is bad and with a significant lack of pace within their side, that should play into Leicester’s hands.
The Foxes are an extremely tempting 37/20 and were comfortable victors the last time they went to Tyneside, when they won 3-0.
Jamie Vardy was on the scoresheet on that occasion and I think his pace can expose Newcastle’s sluggish back four and 6/5 for him to score at anytime is certainly a price to take up.
