Birmingham City have found it tough so far this season and life is unlikely to get any better when they welcome local rivals West Brom to St Andrew’s.
West Brom to win @ 6/5
Blues have had an international break to forget with rumours circulating that a points deduction could be heading their way due to financial irregularities.
On the field, their lack of goals must be keeping Garry Monk up at night, netting just four times in their six Championship games, and their lack of cutting edge cost them in the draws against Nottingham Forest and Queens Park Rangers.
The Baggies went into the break off the back of a 2-1 win over Stoke and appear to be adapting to the second tier.
Their six-and-a-half-mile trip to St Andrew’s is hardly likely to be an issue and Darren Moore’s men should run out easy winners.
Nice to win @ 29/20
Nice have been a bit cautious under Patrick Vieira but a win at Lyon was perhaps a culmination of their work.
Les Aiglons were bankers at home for a spell last term but tonight’s opponents Rennes will make life tough.
I’m a big fan of Nice though and while they have lost top talent over the summer, Rennes have been hit harder so go for the home win at a fantastic price for a club that despite a tricky start, have not lost in their last seven outings against tonight’s opposition.
